Documentation

Specifies the byte size of a data object.
      Restrictions: The byte size is specified as the numeric text equivalent
      of the byte count of the data object. In case a Meta element containing
      a Size element contains meta-information about a Data object, this Meta
      element MUST have the same parent as the Data object it refers
      to
